What we collect

• Account info: email, name, password (hashed).
• Book content you upload: title, cover image, logline, synopsis, manuscript file (for screenplay orders).
• Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
• Usage logs: pages visited, IP address (hashed), referrer, basic device info.

How we use it

• To run the directory, your dashboard, and paid services.
• To generate AI pitch packages and screenplays at your request.
• To send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails.
• To prevent abuse and improve the service.

Sharing

Your book listing — title, cover, author name, logline, synopsis, links — is public by design. Manuscripts you upload for the screenplay add-on are private and used only to generate your screenplay; we don't share them with anyone.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are used only if our marketing pixel IDs are configured.

Your rights

You can edit, hide, or delete any of your listings from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact hello@booktoscreen.pro.
